internets, i need your help.
which boots should i wear with my new skirt?
the calf boots with the high heels, also worn to the keller wedding extravaganza?
or the knee boots with the kitten heel?
i think i know which ones i like, but can't be sure because decision making is hard today. so i'll evaluate your votes, and likely do whatever i feel like, because i'm all about perpetuating the stereotypes about women.

update: i'm going to school then going home. i just want to wear my new skirt. both are equally comfy - i can wear heels without much issue as long as i'm not standing for 7 hours straight.
update 2: i had 1 comment and 3 emails/IMs. and i went with the calf boots instead of the knee boots, because that was what i was leaning toward and i had to leave for school. what's up with the lack of slackers at work today?

where ya goin'? now, that kind of determines the look, right? more casual? a little more formal? a little more flirty? I'm generally not a good picker based on anything other than comfort. If I have to be in pair of shoes for a long time (and walk) I might forego something cuter (or more flirty/sexy) for something my feet will thank me for, especially if they good too.
Wasn't I a GREAT help??? maybe you should try considering xnqqzlxu and then you'll know for sure.
and now you've gone a posted something lighter than your first post. I had to comment on your new picture on the "sigh" post because it didn't seem appropriate for the serious one.
i like the top ones! i don't have any more time right now, but top ones! bottom ones are cool but top ones are even BETTER.
Who are these boys with their opinions about boots? The tall boots, definitely. Short boots + knee skirts tend to chop up one's legs and make them look all choppy and short. And choppy. The Fugsters would not approve. (www.gofugyourself.com)
Just my two cents. You can't lose either way - they're both wicked cool.
jay are - what can you do? i'm the strange monkey that can wear heels and in fact frequently do because, dammit, i should be taller than 5'7"! i'm convinced i should have been 5'10" but my body tends to disagree. so i wear me some tall shoesies.
thanks erik - even if you just agreed with me for the sake of being agreeable, bully for you! however if you did it because you're a fashion expert these days, then even better. being a bizarre little one who knows how to read between the lines, i'll say "erik thinks i looked hotttt in the calf boots."
brooke - oddly enough, these make my legs look less dumpy than the other ones. the other ones look better with a longer skirt, but my legs just look better in the short ones... i've defied all sorts of physics before - i may as well do it in fashion! :)
taller than 5'7"? try 5'6" okay??
and brooke, several things: in general, I would agree with the short boots/knee skirts chopping up the leg (as it were) but looking at hf's pictures, her legs actually looked thinner to me in the shorter boots. (NOT that they didn't look thin in the knee boots. Let's not start THAT rumor).
second thing: tho it's reasonable and logical that you came to the conclusion you did, I actually am not a boy. :)
the appearance of my legs in the short boots are what i preferred about them.
i don't love every inch of my body, but i really like my calves.
god bless my filipino dad for giving me buff calves.
i think women should wear *just* boots whenever possible. short or long boots, either is fine.
bryan, why do you think i didn't photograph any higher than my knee?
and crikey, how did i miss the resemblence before this?
