I've been in Delaware. The day I was there the ocean was partly frozen and little birds were skittering around on the bumpy frozen waves. If that's not proof, I don't know what is.
until i go there, i'm not going to be able to believe in it.
i've met people who purport to be from there, but i'm still skeptical.
