my school is classy

at my school, they've built a new law school, a new hospitality school, and a new business school within the past 10 years.

this is my school of international studies. they front entrance (on the second floor) is closed because this picture window on the third floor is cracked. and repair jobs have consisted of masking tape on the window and masking tape preventing people from touching the cracked window. it turns out people who work for the peace corps and not-for-profits don't sink a lot of money into alumni relations.

although condi rice should be able to cough up enough to replace the window as one of our most esteemed alumni.

from a distance from the outside, it actually looks kind of artistic, like some modern sculpture. someone pointed out today that having that entrance closed is a fire code violation, so j. called facilities and threatened them with the fire marshall. ooooooh, the drama!

at least you have windows. the University of Houston law school is a bunker. thankfully i don't go there. i go to a law school downtown and get harassed by crackheads.
