who's high maintenance?

so, v-d is next week, and i know that most of you are clamoring to confess your undying love for me.

therefore, here are some things to keep in mind whilst wooing me:

  • i don't like getting flowers. unless they're daisies, and even then only like one or two, and if they're not delivered by you in person i'm not into it.
  • candy's okay, but i can't have nuts, so you can't buy a prepackaged box of candy for me.
  • platinum, not white gold.
  • no colored stones. except maybe malachite or green sapphires.
  • yarn is always good; either wool or alpaca.
  • however, i'll also accept 12 skeins of noro silk garden in 232, 226, or 8.
  • but i really just want help seriously cleaning my house and organizing my crap.
thanks for keeping these in mind. and if nothing else, i'm a really good cook and will make delectable meals for you in thanks. (not a euphemism)

not sure which part wasn't a euphemism, or what it wasn't a euphemism for, but today i saw a bumper sticker that said
IF WE ARE WHAT WE EAT, I COULD BE YOU IN THE MORNING
i didn't get it, but it seems connected...

Nice, Bryan :) Did you notice who was driving? That could've been good or bad, you know....
anyway, h-f. Those are decent requirements there. I'm so unsentimental that that last one sounds the best to me---the cleaning the house and getting organized. I'm clearly not very exciting...
and regardless of my post, I think it's good to state your preferences right up front :) You'll have better luck getting what you want that way.

I must not be thinking completely straight, because when I read V-D is coming next week, I thought "I better get ready for a quick shot."

I'm so tired.

bryan - guessing what's not a euphemism and what it's not a euphemism for is what makes the game fun! and the bumper sticker is either dirty or scary or both.

jay are - i think knowing what i want is a good thing too!

matthew - i really would like someone to do it with me so i could know where to find everything. i'd like help with the organization part, but a maid would be okay for the cleaning.

littlegoat - i said VD was COMING, i didn't say i HAD it. ;)

steve -

I would love to come and organize with you. It's my favorite thing to do. We could put on some good music and rock out. We could laos drink some nice red wine and I could laugh as your cheeks gets red.

Do you do this computer stuff ALL DAY LONG?! It would make me very sleepy.

COlleen :)
