babies

so, my cousins had a baby a few weeks ago, and i've been wondering who will take the place on my pregnancy slot. (for those of you who don't know, i think i'm a fertility idol, and know at least 34 babies born in the past 2 years, and i typically know an average of 7 pregnant women at a time)

but since noah (yay!) was born on the 7th (mom wouldn't go to the hospital until the end of the american idol results show), there's been a slot.

i just learned that one of the women i know from school is 3+ months preggo and is coming back from the middle east to hang with her hubby and get her a ph.d.

whew. one less thing to worry about.

that was a lucky break for you. i would get pregnant so you could have a backup, but i think sea horses are the only males that carry babies in the animal world. i probably made that up just now.

regardless, i will now commence genuflection, as well as rhythmic chanting, before the fertility idol. i'm assuming that's normal protocol?

you're half right: that is the proper procedure for being in the presence of yours truly - it would be regardless of any sort of fertility powers i may posess.
